3.4 Order

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY AND RECEPTION

The SANUS Customer Service may request any information regarding the identity of the Buyer or recipient of the Order and proceed to whatever verifications are necessary for the case.

5.3 Delivery times

Delivery times start counting from the sending of the order confirmation email, except for payments with bank transfer that would start counting from the reception of the transfer by SANUS and will be those that are communicated to the buyer before make and confirm the purchase.

ARTICLE 6 - RIGHTS AND TERM OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1.3 Exclusion of guarantees

7.2 Modalities of execution of legal guarantees
