How to use	Colocar la bolsita en una taza y verter aproximadamente 150 ml de agua hirviendo. Dejar en reposo entre 5 y 10 minutos y después retirar la bolsita. Adultos: Tomar de 2 a 3 tazas al día de infusión caliente durante las comidas. No superar la dosis diaria recomendada.
